PEDEPI

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERING POSSIBILITIES INITIATIVE {PEDEPI}, is a non-profit organization that is committed to bringing hope to the vulnerable, and bringing lasting positive change in society. Over the past few years, we have been working among rural people, providing health care, education, and poverty alleviation schemes. Our operations among rural people have identified critical problems which have helped us to create initiatives and programs that address these problems.

Helping people in need

We significantly been involved in the provision of and access to health care among rural people. We have achieved this by carrying out free medical outreaches where in the past years have been able to attend to over 30000 people within south east Nigeria.

PEDEPI exists to empower the poor and vulnerable of the society.

MISSION STATEMENT

PEDEPI focuses on empowering the poor and vulnerable of the Society by providing affordable but quality education, Free Medical care, Widows Empowerment; rescue, rehabilitate and reintegrate the vulnerable ones back into the society.

PEDEPI is in partnership with other stakeholders within the non-profit space to carry out most of her activities. In partnership with these partners, we have been able to build and provide highly subsidized nursery/primary school education for rural people.

THE MAGDALENE PROJECT

This project is designed to rescue rural girls forced into child prostitution, and ladies who have been forced into prostitution and other sexual vices

RURAL EDUCATION INITIATIVE

Our rural Education initiative is designed to provide scholarships and highly subsidized quality education for rural children, from Nursery to High School.

HEALTH AND MEDICAL OUTREACHES

PEDEPI in partnership with professionals and rural health workers have been offering free primary medical care. We achieve this by organizing free medical outreaches in rural areas

NUTRIKIDS PROTEIN PROGRAM

The Nutrikids Protein Program is designed to address malnutrition among nursery and primary school children by providing a consistent source of high-quality protein through boiled eggs
